Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily operations of the Men’s Recovery Program

• Lead and mentor staff, fostering their professional growth

• Manage participant support and program compliance

Requirements:

• Relevant degree or addiction training desired

• Proven experience in addiction recovery support

• Strong leadership and mentorship skills

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Non-violent intervention training preferred
