Location: Harrison Hot Springs

Become an Intake Clinician at Fraser Health, specializing in services for adolescents facing mental health challenges. Support families through assessment and resource navigation.

This position involves providing intake services to youth affected by mental health and substance use disorders. You will be instrumental in evaluating referrals, crafting individualized service plans, and delivering client-centered care. With an understanding of trauma-informed practices, your work will help facilitate access to essential community services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform screenings of community referrals

• Establish client needs through risk assessments

• Maintain records of intakes and referrals

• Provide direct clinical support and intervention

• Collaborate on youth program development

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in social or health sciences

• Eligibility for professional membership

• Two years of relevant clinical experience

• Valid B.C. Driver's License

• Knowledge of recovery-oriented practices
