Loader​/Swamper at Local

Position: Join as Loader/Swamper at Local Company
Local Company is looking for a dedicated Loader/Swamper to support logistics by loading/unloading trucks and ensuring the safety of all deliveries. This on-site role requires physical stamina and attention to detail.

In the Loader/Swamper role, your day-to-day duties will include closely following loading sheets, helping drivers maneuver safely, and ensuring products are securely stowed. You'll also assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area and may need to drive a 5-tonne vehicle as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unload and load trucks, following all safety practices

• Support drivers with optimal delivery routes

• Inspect products for quality and safety during unloading

• Maintain order in the shipping/loading bay

• Drive a 5-tonne vehicle when required

Requirements:

• Focused on safe loading procedures

• Good communication skills to assist drivers

• Willing to take part in employee engagement events

• Valid driver's license for 5-tonne vehicle operation

• Ability to work in a physically demanding role
