Key Responsibilities:

• Secure loads and manage cargo handling throughout routes

• Complete routine inspections of trucks and trailers

• Follow all applicable safety and transportation regulations

• Communicate clearly with customers and operational teams

• Provide training to newer team members when needed

Requirements:

• Class 1 driver's license with a clean driving history

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and work long hours

• Proven snow driving and adverse weather experience
