Garbage Truck Driver - Class 3

Position: Garbage Truck Driver - Class 3 License Required
Drive an Automatic Side Load garbage truck efficiently for residential waste collection. Ensure safety and compliance on routes while providing excellent service to the community.

We are seeking a skilled Garbage Truck Driver with a valid Class 3 Driver's License and Air Brake Endorsement. You'll collect and dispose of residential waste, conduct vehicle safety inspections, and report any issues to management. This role demands strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the Automatic Side Load truck on designated routes

• Transport and dispose of residential waste responsibly

• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

• Report delays or service issues to management

• Maintain accurate route and inspection documentation

Requirements:

• Valid Class 3 Driver’s License with Air Brake Endorsement

• Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience

• Clean driving record with no violations

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Physically capable of truck entry/exit and occasional lifting
