Lead waste management operations with Environmental 360 Solutions as an Operations Supervisor in Chilliwack. Oversee daily activities, coach drivers, and enhance service quality. E360 Solutions is expanding its team by hiring an Operations Supervisor to support a recent contract in Chilliwack.

This full-time role demands strong leadership skills to oversee driver performance, assist in route planning, and ensure compliance with safety standards. You will play a critical role in daily operations and customer service, making a real impact in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee performance of daily driver operations
Conduct field audits and safety checks
Support drivers with customer and route issues
Monitor service quality and address escalations
Track KPIs and assist with incident reports

Requirements

3-5 years supervisory experience in waste management
Valid Class 3 Driver's License with Air Brake Endorsement
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and routing software
Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
