Fraser Valley Specialty Poultry seeks a safety-focused Live Haul Driver to handle nighttime transportation duties from Sunday to Thursday. Responsibilities include operating a live haul truck, ensuring compliance with animal welfare practices, and maintaining trip records. Your proactive communication with farm staff and dispatch will help maintain schedule efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive truck for overnight poultry transportation

• Perform thorough vehicle inspections regularly

• Load and unload live birds safely and humanely

• Document trips accurately and in a timely manner

• Follow all biosecurity and cleaning protocols

Requirements:

• Class 1 driver’s license with a clean driving history

• Willing to work overnight, Sunday to Thursday

• Strong background in handling livestock preferred

• Physically handle crate lifting and loading

• Effective communicator with team members
