• Replace and install various flat roofing systems on residential and commercial jobs
• Work with large and small roofing crews in a teamwork environment
• Ensure quality installation techniques are used and followed
• Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment
• Following construction plans and instructions from supervisors, construction skilled trades or more experienced workers

• Experience on a roofing crew
• Must be comfortable working at heights
• Have own PPE – hard hat & steel toe boots
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Must be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
• Have own transportation to the office in the mornings
