Key Responsibilities:

• Assistant with day-to-day operations of the dental office
• Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and team condition
• Manage billing, insurance claims, and financial records
• Ensure excellent patient care and customer service
• Support staff training and performance reviews
• Maintain compliance with dental regulations and office policies

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in dental office administration is preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Keyboard Savvy, and computer skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual - Mandarin & English Fluent
