Role Overview
We are actively recruiting a full‑time, personable, and responsible individual for the important position of Night Service Manager to work at Santa Barbara Chino Hills
, a beautiful Lewis community in the Chino Hills area. This full‑time evening/night position (approximately 5:30 pm for 8‑hour shifts) involves supervising the communities by enforcing rules and regulations in a positive and proactive manner. Responsibilities include parking enforcement, property patrols, minor maintenance troubleshooting for residents, and an overall customer‑service‑first approach.

Qualifications & Duties for Success
  • Previous military, public safety, law enforcement, and/or customer service management experience highly preferred
  • Experience working with the public/customers, enforcing policies and/or business rules
  • Documenting and writing shift reports and daily logs for community activity, resident service and parking reports
  • Directing and handling automobile towing situations
  • Acting as a liaison with city/county police, fire, and other emergency services
  • Handling small maintenance requests for residents (e.g., changing light bulbs, unclogging sinks)
  • Distributing resident correspondence, newsletters, citations, or other communications after hours
  • Ability to handle stressful situations professionally, self‑supervise, and work independently
  • Days off for this position are Monday and Sunday

Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Salary & Perks

Competitive hourly wage of $22.50/hour
