Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Business Process Automation Engineer

with expertise in Type Script, Node.js, and API consumption. As a key member of our

team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automation solutions to

streamline and optimize various business processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

1.Process Analysis and Design:

o Analyze and understand existing business processes to identify areas for

automation and improvement.

o Design automated solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy in

business operations.

2. Scripting and Development:

o Utilize Type Script and Node.js to script and develop automated solutions.

o Implement code to integrate with APIs and orchestrate processes

3. API Consumption:

o Integrate with third-party APIs and services to facilitate data exchange and

o Ensure secure and efficient API consumption in alignment with business

requirements.

4. Workflow Automation:

o Design and implement workflow automation solutions to streamline end-

to-end business processes.

o Collaborate with stakeholders to understand workflow requirements and

implement automation accordingly.

5. Data Integration:

o Develop solutions for integrating and transforming data between different

systems and databases.

o Implement data synchronization processes to ensure data consistency.

o Monitor and evaluate the performance of automated processes.

o Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.

7. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:

o Work closely with business analysts, developers, and other team

members to ensure seamless integration of automated solutions.

o Collaborate on implementing solutions that align with business goals.

8. Documentation:

o Create comprehensive documentation for automated solutions, including

design specifications, code documentation, and user guides.

o Ensure knowledge transfer and maintain up-to-date documentation.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

Qualifications:

Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a

related field.

Proven experience as a Business Process Automation Engineer with expertise in

Type Script and Node.js.

Strong understanding of API consumption and integration.

Experience in designing and implementing workflow automation solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) standards.

Knowledge of low-code or no-code automation platforms.

Previous experience with process mining tools.

Exposure to data integration and ETL processes.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
