• Capturing market opportunities in designated region
• Acquisitions of new customers
• Management of existing customers from Pre-Sales to After Sales support
• Increase revenues, profitability and cash flow for the company according to established KPIs
• Development and implementation of action plans for reaching the quarterly and annual targets of the company
• Support marketing activities and market communications
• Building and demonstrating understanding of the market and industry
• Frequent business travel to visit existing and potential customers

• Bachelor degree or above, logistics management, international trade related major is preferred;
  Master would be an advantage
• 1-2 years of large and medium-sized international trade, experience in PV inverters, solar modules, solar cells, and related industries are preferred.
• Good understanding of the local PV market
• Proven track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous roles (existing customer base)
• Result-driven approach and ability to work autonomously
• Strong negotiation, communication and organization skills
• Strong problem solving, analytical and technical skills as well as intercultural skills
• High reliability and ability to work under pressure
• Enthusiastic, dynamic, self-motivated and excellent teamwork
• Willingness/ability to travel on a regular basis
• Proficiency both in written and spoken in English
• Able to travel on a regular basis
• Located in/nearby Chino Hills is preferable
