LPN NURSES​/RN NURSES

Overview

We are looking for a LPN NURSE AND RN NURSES to join our team! You will be directly working with Members, following a one-on-one care plan with members in the Group homes. You operate with a big heart, not only providing personalized and attentive care but by building genuine relationships with those you serve. You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to creating a healthy environment that meets Members needs.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to succeed in this role. Prior Medical group Home experience is a plus.

• Assist Members with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles
• Care for Members:
  Cleaning of G tubes and medication administration
• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with the supervisor
• Build relationships with Members by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert
• Give medications and appointments follow ups
• Engage Members in exercises or other activities

• Graduated as LPN or RN
• One year prior professional experience
• Driver’s license required
• Nursing License by Arizona Board required
• Social security card

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
