• Helping with the setup of all manufactured homes by working as a team player with the Crew Chief and crew.
• Removing protective shipping wrap from homes and learning the best methods from our team.
• Removing and properly storing exterior items such as shingles, tires, axles, and tongues up to 50 lbs.
• Traveling to each home site and assisting the team with construction activities.
• Loading and unloading materials, keeping tools and trucks organized.
• Helping install vapor barriers beneath homes.
• Gathering materials to begin piers and helping build them.
• Performing masonry work underneath the homes.

• Full‑time, Monday through Friday.

• You enjoy working with your hands and being outdoors.
• You are interested in starting a career in construction.
• You can climb ladders, crawl underneath homes, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• You have a positive attitude and work well as a team player.
• You are comfortable using hand and power tools such as hammers, levels, drills, and an impact wrench.
