We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Strategic Sourcing Specialist to support and enhance our procurement operations. This role is responsible for developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the efficient and cost-effective procurement of bulk raw materials. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, hands‑on sourcing experience, and the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize cost, quality, and supply continuity.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand material requirements and procurement priorities.
• Conduct market research to identify and evaluate qualified domestic and international suppliers.
• Lead supplier negotiations to secure favorable pricing, terms, and long‑term agreements.
• Monitor supplier performance, manage risks, and resolve quality or delivery issues proactively.
• Utilize MRP systems to support inventory planning, demand forecasting, and materials management.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with applicable regulations, including FAR, when required.
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation and support continuous process improvement.

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Biochemistry, or a related field preferred.
• 5 ~ 6 years of experience in bulk materials sourcing, procurement, or materials management.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
• Experience working with MRP systems and procurement tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in the food, nutrition, or ingredients industry is a plus.

• Hourly Rate
  : $33 ~ $43/hour (approximately $70,000 ~ $90,000 annually), based on experience.
• Performance Review
  : eligible for a potential raise after 90 days based on performance.
