As a Member Service Representative (Relationship or Universal Banker), you will be the face of our credit union, providing a range of services beyond basic transactions.

• Handle teller transactions, open new accounts, assist with consumer loan applications, and fund loans with accuracy and friendly demeanor.
• Cross‑sell products and services, helping members discover solutions that meet their financial needs.
• Resolve any issues with a consultative approach that builds trust and long‑term relationships.

• One year recent experience as a teller and opening new accounts; experience assisting with consumer loan applications through funding preferred.
• Proven ability to cross‑sell and refer products and services; strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Adept at using various systems and software.
• Availability Monday through Saturday; shifts 8:30 AM–6:30 PM weekdays, 8:30 AM–2:30 PM Saturdays.
• Willingness to undergo thorough background and credit checks.

Competitive hourly rate based on qualifications, internal equity, and position level.

Branch job levels and corresponding pay:

• Member Service Rep. III: $21.00/hr (require at least one year of teller experience and six months of new account experience).
• Member Service Rep. IV: $22.00–$24.00/hr (require at least two years in credit union/banking, including one year recent universal banker experience). Universal banker must handle teller transactions, opening all types of new accounts, and hands‑on expertise with consumer loans.
• Senior Branch Rep. I–II: $24.50–$25.50/hr (require at least three years recent universal banker experience, handling escalated issues, and funding consumer loans).
