Positive Behavior Steps is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT) to provide 1:1 in-home or clinic-based support for children and adolescents. No ABA experience is required as paid training will be provided, with a clear path to becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
You will work the afternoon shift, Monday–Friday, with opportunities for weekly coaching, monthly trainings, and attendance bonuses. A positive team environment supports growth and promotions within the company.
