THE POSITION:
Are you a strategic IT project management professional with proven experience leading Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations? Do you excel at managing complex, cross-functional initiatives, coordinating vendors and system integrators, and guiding organizations through major technology transformations? The Inland Empire Utilities Agency (IEUA) is seeking a skilled and motivated Information Technology Project Manager to join our Information Technology team. In this critical role, you will lead and support ERP implementation initiatives and other large-scale technology projects across the full project lifecycle-from planning and requirements gathering through system design, configuration, data migration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live optimization.
You will collaborate with business units, technical teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders to translate operational requirements into effective ERP solutions, manage system integrations and data migration activities, and help ensure successful implementation and user adoption.
