Pay Rate : $22.00 per hour

A leading manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving / Forklift Driver to support daily warehouse and production operations. This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound shipments, inventory movement, and forklift operation in a fast-paced, GMP-regulated environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential based on performance.

• Load and unload raw materials and finished products using a forklift
• Verify, receive, and document incoming and outgoing shipments
• Stage materials for production and maintain accurate inventory levels
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control
• Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and GMP compliance
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and distribution as needed
• Support logistics coordination and shipping activities

• 2+ years of shipping and receiving experience (manufacturing or food production preferred)
• Valid forklift certification (sit-down and stand-up required)
• Familiarity with inventory systems and shipping documentation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
