Production Operator
.

• Follow process instructions and safety procedures in all aspects of the job.
• Handle materials, weigh ingredients and process materials.
• Operate Mixer, Mill, and Extruder, packaging equipment and other manufacturing equipment. Operate forklift.
• Maintain work area and other areas of the facility to achieve or exceed housekeeping and safety standards.
• Interface with computers and scanners to monitor and operate processes, perform material movements, check inventory, and write maintenance requests.
• Learn and follow company policies and procedures.

• Minimum GED or high school diploma.
• Highly organized with excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and see/match colors.

The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in Chino is $35,000.00–$60,000.00. The final salary offered will depend on factors including type and length of experience within the job, industry, education, and more. Wacker is a multi‑state employer and this range may not reflect positions in other states.
