Your inspections ensure every part meets rigorous quality standards.
Your troubleshooting minimizes downtime and maximizes throughput.
What you'll tackle
Set up and operate punch press equipment per specifications and scheduled jobs.
Monitor production runs, making real-time adjustments for quality and efficiency.
Inspect completed pieces against blueprints and technical drawings.
Perform routine maintenance and diagnose basic equipment issues.
Maintain a safe, organized workstation at all times.
Partner with teammates and leadership to achieve daily output goals.
Record production data and communicate equipment or quality concerns.
What you bring
High school diploma or GED; technical training in machining/manufacturing preferred.
Experience operating a punch press or comparable metal fabrication machinery.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and related documents.
Hands-on skill operating and troubleshooting punch press machinery.
Unwavering attention to detail and quality.
Team-first communication and collaboration skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when needed.
