Role Description
As Tik Tok Shop Brand Growth Lead
, you will own the overall performance of one beauty brand on Tik Tok Shop
, including GMV growth, content strategy direction, creator ecosystem development, and paid media collaboration.
You will build and run the playbook that takes a brand from cold start → momentum → repeatable growth
.
- Monitor Tik Tok Shop account performance, GMV output, and content efficiency
- Set and refine content direction and creative strategy
- Work with internal or external content teams to plan weekly and monthly content output
- Collaborate with the paid ads team to analyze performance and align organic + paid strategies
- Oversee affiliate and creator strategies and build a brand-owned influencer pool
- Review data, budgets, and ROI to guide decision-making
- Join weekly brand meetings with the Brand Manager to review results and plan next steps
- Own Tik Tok Shop GMV, growth trajectory, and overall performance for one beauty brand
- Track sell‑through, content efficiency, and creator productivity
- Ensure execution aligns with brand goals and platform dynamics
- Define the correct content direction for the brand: key messages, hooks, formats, and angles
- Work with content teams to plan output strategies and volume
- Identify winning formats and scale them across creators and campaigns
- Partner with the paid ads team to analyze performance and conversion data
- Align organic content strategy with paid amplification plans
- Optimize overall ROI across organic, affiliate, and paid efforts
- Oversee affiliate partnerships and creator collaboration strategy
- Build and manage a brand‑owned creator/influencer pool
- Ensure creators are aligned with brand positioning and performance goals
- Plan and monitor monthly output and investment budgets
- Balance growth objectives with efficiency and ROI
- Provide structured input for forecasting and resource allocation
- Work closely with the internal Brand Manager on planning and execution
- Lead or support weekly brand review meetings with brand partners
- Present performance updates, insights, and action plans clearly and professionally
- 3–5+ years of experience in Tik Tok, social commerce, brand growth, or e‑commerce operations
- Strong understanding of Tik Tok Shop mechanics, creator commerce, and content‑driven sales
- Experience managing or directing content, affiliate, or performance teams
- Comfortable owning GMV and business outcomes rather than executing individual tasks
- Data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategy
- Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin or Korean is a plus.
