Position: Assistant Property Manager/ Leasing Agent

Overview

Assistant Property Manager/ Leasing Agent role at Beach Front Property Management, Inc. (location: Chino, CA). We are seeking a self-motivated individual with strong customer service in property management and maintenance experience to oversee the daily operations of our property.

Job Summary

Assistant Manager/ Leasing Agent assists the Property Manager by maintaining the property assigned and performing related management functions, including coordinating leasing and marketing efforts, approving move-in files, promoting lease renewals, resident relations, team building, and other duties as assigned by the Regional Property Supervisor.

Requirements
  • Knowledge and experience in using Appfolio
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Leasing / Sales Experience
  • 2 years of experience in leasing
  • Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Leasing and Marketing vacant units
  • Host Open House activities for different properties
  • Rental verification and reference checks
  • Provide information regarding overall property aspects (expansion, zoning, crime, etc.)
  • Negotiate leasing terms with supervisor approval
  • Discuss lease agreement information with tenants with supervisor approval
  • Present properties and amenities creatively
  • Manage confidential information
  • Stay updated with property market status
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
