• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs when they require assistance.
• Thank guests and let them know we’re happy they chose to shop at Target.
• Receive products, restock shelves, organize the backroom, arrange merchandise, and put up promotional signs for GM areas as directed by your leader to help achieve business priorities.
• Operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures if certified.
• Execute processes including changing prices, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services to solve issues and improve guest experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking and packing orders or delivering pickup orders) while complying with applicable laws.
• Perform other duties based on business needs.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders and handle/move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance required.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions depending on duties.
• Ability to stay mobile for the duration of a shift.
