National Accounts Sales Manager-West Coast

• Provide technical expertise and solutions to an assigned region as part of the Hangcha Customer Sales Team.
• Act as a liaison between the National Account Sales Team and the Hangcha Customer Care Team to communicate needs and requirements.
• Support internal teams such as the Parts Department, Warranty Department, and PDI Technicians.
• Provide after-hours phone support to meet the needs of the assigned National Account Customer.

• Associate’s degree, technical degree in related field, or related experience.
• 3+ years of related technical sales experience, specifically with forklifts and other heavy-duty equipment.
• 3+ years of dealer sales training experience preferred but not required.
• Professional representation of HCFA; good attitude and willingness to learn.
• Current forklift certification preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic sales aptitude and ability to generate relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer/electronics user knowledge; computer literate with Microsoft applications and cloud-based platforms.
• Team player with strong work ethic; accountable and able to take ownership of issues for resolution; customer service oriented.
• Time management, attention to detail, organization, critical thinking, problem solving.
