OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and adaptable Sales Assistant to support lead generation, manage customer communications, and contribute to overall sales growth. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities- Handle sales calls, emails, and lead generation (including cold calls and follow-ups).
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally and maintain accurate sales records.
- Provide product support, including troubleshooting, error codes, warranty information, and device-related questions.
- Prepare weekly sales reports, including monthly/yearly performance, inventory promotions, and retailer development.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stay informed about market trends and competitors.
- Experience: 1–2 years in sales or a similar role; cold calling experience preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (degree in Business or Marketing is a plus).
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.
- Language: Fluent English required;
Mandarin is a plus.
