Job Description

• Must have current direct relationships with wireless carriers and MLA tower owners in Southern and Northern California.
• Technical knowledge of wireless technologies.
• Strong business acumen.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop annual business development plans and set strategic objectives.
• Research market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Identify and negotiate partnerships and alliances.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support new initiatives.
• Prepare sales contracts and ensure compliance with legal guidelines.
• Conduct market analysis to inform strategy.
• Provide reports on sales pipelines and key performance metrics.
