ResponsibilitiesYour Role :
Driving Growth and Building Connections
- Develop and execute a dynamic sales strategy to drive commercial vehicle success across your territory.
- Partner with businesses, contractors, and mid-sized fleet owners to deliver tailored vehicle solutions.
- Stay ahead of the curve by conducting market research to understand customer needs and outpace the competition.
- Build a winning pipeline by prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals that drive results.
- Collaborate with our Regional VP and marketing team to craft impactful campaigns that resonate.
- Hit the road for field-based product demonstrations bring our vehicles to life with walk-arounds and on-the-job showcases right at customer sites.
- Be the trusted partner for your customers cultivate strong, lasting relationships that drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Deliver standout service as the go-to contact, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction at every step.
- Engage customers with regular meetings, hands-on demonstrations, and training sessions that inspire confidence in our products.
- Maximize opportunities by identifying ways to upsell or cross-sell complementary solutions that enhance customer value.
- Consistently exceed your sales targets own the challenge of hitting quarterly and annual goals.
- Stay organized and proactive using Hub Spot CRM to track activities, manage customer interactions, and drive deals to completion.
- Deliver insights that matter prepare reports, forecasts, and market analysis to guide strategic decisions.
- Keep a pulse on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor moves to stay innovative and ahead of the game.

QualificationsPosition Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 2-5 years of proven experience in B2B territory sales, preferably within the commercial vehicle industry. Experience in similar industries will be considered.
- Strong entrepreneurial drive and desire to build a successful sales territory.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office suite, and other sales tools.
- Proficient in using MS Teams and Zoom for remote meetings, both internally and externally.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory conducting face-to-face sales calls.
- Must have the ability to sit and stand for extended periods and move around an office environment that may require movement in small areas.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, and lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
- May be required to climb stairs when necessary.
