Kinbrook Group is seeking a Proposal and Enablement Manager to join our MBDC team. You will oversee proposals, pitches and the delivery of group-wide commercial enablement initiatives, coordinating with client-facing teams and senior stakeholders across the South West, London and East Midlands.
This hands-on role combines line management of a small team with practical delivery, ensuring on-time submissions, compelling content and continuous improvement of templates, libraries and processes.
