Danny Sullivan Group is currently recruiting for experienced CSCS Concrete Finishers to join a major infrastructure project in Chippenham, Wiltshire (SN14).

This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work on the £32 million A350 Chippenham Bypass Improvements (Phases 4 and
5), a significant highways project that will dual the carriageway between Lackham Roundabout and Bumpers Farm Roundabout. The project offers long-term opportunities, competitive rates, and consistent hours working on a key piece of local transport infrastructure.

• Carrying out all aspects of concrete finishing on highways and civil engineering works
• Finishing concrete to a high standard using hand and power tools
• Levelling, smoothing, edging, and texturing freshly poured concrete
• Assisting with the placement and curing of concrete for structural and highway elements
• Working from drawings and following site specifications
• Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
• Following all site health & safety procedures
• Reporting hazards or safety concerns promptly
• Working effectively as part of the site team to deliver project milestones

• Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher on civil engineering or highways projects
• Experience working on infrastructure, highways, or reinforced concrete works
• Good understanding of concrete finishing techniques and quality standards
• Strong awareness of site health & safety
• Own PPE
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
• Ability to work well within a team
