Global Customer Order Specialist

JUICE RECRUITMENT is seeking an experienced Customer Service Executive based in Chippenham. In this role, you will process customer orders efficiently while providing exceptional customer service throughout the order lifecycle.

This position involves acting as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, updating customers about order status, and liaising with various internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment. The successful candidate will join a supportive team in a global engineering and manufacturing business.

Monday to Thursday working hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, and you'll enjoy an early finish every Friday at 2:00 pm, along with other great benefits such as free onsite parking and comprehensive training opportunities.
