While prior experience working with children is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Relevant backgrounds may include mentoring, tutoring, nursery assistance, childcare, or similar roles within educational settings. Experience supporting students with ASD, behavioral challenges, or learning difficulties is highly beneficial.
