We are a vibrant, child-centred primary school located in Chippenham, and we are currently seeking a Teaching Assistant to foster and enhance classroom learning experiences in Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage
2. This role serves as an ideal launching pad for aspiring educators, offering valuable insights into the National Curriculum.

The Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will collaborate with passionate and dedicated teachers to create a dynamic and effective learning environment where students can thrive and reach their full potential. This role is both fulfilling and diverse, with each day presenting new challenges and opportunities. You will actively engage with students, provide support, contribute to creative and well-structured lessons, and be the catalyst for those unforgettable "light-bulb moments."

• Recent graduates considering a career in education
• Experienced Teaching Assistants seeking a fresh challenge
• While previous experience with children is desirable, it is not essential. Relevant experience could include mentoring, coaching, tutoring, nursery work, childcare, or similar roles in a classroom setting. Experience in supporting children with ASD, behavioural issues, and learning difficulties is a valuable asset.
