About Us:

We offer a fulfilling and exciting role as a Learning Support Assistant in a respected primary school located in Chippenham. With excellent transport links and on-site parking, you'll have the opportunity to promote and enhance the learning and social skills of children with additional needs.

Your role as a Learning Support Assistant will encompass individual one-to-one support as well as guiding small group learning and activities.

Learning Support Assistant Requirements:

Empathetic and skilled in building meaningful relationships with children
Ability to adapt your approach to meet the unique needs of each child
Collaborate closely with teachers, educational psychologists, and other professionals
Ensure accurate implementation of personalized educational plans
Create and adapt support materials to facilitate success in a mainstream classroom environment
Foster an engaging and stimulating classroom learning experience
