Encouraging independence, communication, and social development
Supporting behaviour and emotional regulation
Building strong, positive relationships with pupils
Promoting a safe and inclusive classroom environment in Chippenham

About you

Empathetic, proactive, and resilient
Passionate about supporting children with SEN
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Experience in SEN, education, care, or support work (desirable but not essential)
Comfortable working in a Chippenham school setting
