In this role, you'll pass on your industry knowledge to learners across Plumbing and Heating courses, delivering both practical and theoretical sessions. You will receive full teacher training, structured CPD and clear opportunities to progress within education.

The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified Plumber with a Level 3 qualification in Plumbing and Heating, alongside relevant Gas / Heating Engineering qualifications. Teaching experience is not required as full training and support will be provided. What matters most is a strong background in the trade and the desire to help develop the next generation of plumbers and heating engineers.

The Role:

Full teacher training
Teach and support Level 2 Plumbing learners and level 3 apprentices
Deliver both practical workshop and classroom-based Plumbing and Heating sessions
Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week (early finish Fridays)
Full-time, permanent position

The Person :

Level 3 Plumbing and Heating qualification
Gas safe qualifications
Looking to move off the tools into a full-time teaching role
Teaching experience not required
Passionate about mentoring and developing the next generation of plumbers
