We are currently looking to appoint compassionate and committed Care Assistant to join our dynamic Care Team in our newly built, state of the art Middle fields House catering for 48 residents. View our stunning home here .

We provide 24/7 care and support to our older and sometimes sick residents and are seeking for both day and night staff to bring on board.

• Provide a high quality, professional service of care to our residents.
• Help a resident with personal cleanliness such as helping a resident with a bath.
• Support residents to eat and drink.
• Get to know residents so as to comfort, assist and give reassurance when needed.
• Treat others as individuals with unique and diverse needs.
• Treat our residents with dignity and respect.
• Support our residents to keep independent and healthy and encourage themto be part of the community within the home.
• Assist with tidying, cleaning, laundering and other domestic tasks when needed.
• You need to be someone who enjoys working with older people and can have an empathy with them;
• You need to be able to work in a team and be willing to take on any task to provide an excellent level of care to our clients; and
• You need to be well-organised, adaptable and practical.
• Experience in providing care and an understanding of dementia is essential.
• Working pattern:
  Alternative weekend and one week working 16hrs and one-week 12hrs
