An experienced and confident Registered Manager who can lead a 3-bed children’s home, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, developing and leading the staff team, and driving positive outcomes for children and young people.

Our client is an established children’s residential care provider, focused on delivering high-quality, child-centred care within structured and supportive environments.

This is an opportunity to manage a smaller, focused 3-bed service, allowing for a more hands-on leadership approach and the ability to create meaningful, individualised outcomes for each young person.
