Service Manager

Are you an experienced Service Manager with a strong track record of leading teams and improving operational performance? We re recruiting for a Service Manager to join a leading organisation in Wiltshire, taking responsibility for service delivery, KPI performance and continuous improvement.

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a busy service operation, using performance data to drive decisions, improve delivery and develop a high-performing team.

The Role

As the Service Manager, you will:

• Lead day-to-day service delivery and operational performance.
• Manage and analyse KPIs to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Lead and motivate teams to achieve service and performance targets.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement across the service.

About You

To be successful as the Service Manager, you'll have:

• Previous experience in service, operations or contract management.
• Strong experience managing KPIs and using data to inform decisions.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent client and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience with in FM, telecoms, social housing or a similar service-led environment.
