On offer is a Quality Engineer role where you will be responsible for maintaining product quality across incoming inspection, manufacturing and final testing. Working closely with the Manufacturing and Engineering teams, you will drive continuous improvements, investigate quality issues, analyse production data and ensure inspection equipment is maintained and compliant.
This role would suit a Quality Engineer from a manufacturing environment with strong problem‑solving skills who is looking to develop technically whilst progressing their career within an ambitious and fast‑growing engineering business.
The Role:- Product quality across inspection, production and final testing
- Root cause analysis, process improvement and quality investigations
- Monday-Friday with flexible working hours
- Quality Engineer from a manufacturing environment
- Electronics, electro‑mechanical or battery manufacturing experience advantageous
- Strong problem‑solving mindset with a continuous improvement approach
