Quality Manager

Duties of the Quality Manager:
Working closely with Customers and Suppliers when facing Quality issues
Ensuring the continued compliance to customers' and industry quality requirements and specifications.
Identifying the best quality tools and execute investigations/analysis in order to improve product and process quality.
Full responsibility for all aspects of the QMS and compliance to customer, industry, and regulatory requirements, such as ISO
9001, ISO
14001 etc.
Lead the development and implementation of short, medium and long-term objectives with respect to product assurance and quality.
Developing a 'zero defect' mindset within the manufacturing process.
Driving a RFT programme across the business that drives improvement across all processes ensuring repeatability and predictability.
Lead training and development of a Quality and Manufacturing team.
Completing customer, internal and external audits.

Requirements of the Quality Manager:
Previous experience in a Quality role.
Ability to problem solve.
Ability to manage a small team within a Quality environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Additional Information for the Quality Manager:
Monday to Friday
Choice of hours between 08:00 - 17:30 (To make up a 40 hours week)
Up to £40,000 Per Annum.
Company pension.
Onsite parking.
Full time and permanent work.
