Wearelookingforanexperienced Quality Manager to lead and integrate Manufacturing Quality, Product Quality, and Quality Management Systems (QMS) at our Chippenhamsite.

Thisisahighlyvisibleleadershiprolepartneringwith Operations,Engineering,R&D,Suppliers,and Customerstobuildrobustqualitysystems,improvemanufacturingperformance,andembedqualitythroughouttheentireproductlifecycle. About the job:

Leadandmaintainthesite'sQuality Management System (QMS),ensuringcompliancewithapplicablequalitystandardsandbusinessrequirements.

Partner with Manufacturing and Engineeringteamstodevelopandmaintain Quality Plans ,Control Plans,andFMEAactivities.

Driveyieldimprovement,processcapabilityenhancement,anddefectreductioninitiatives.

Ensurequalityrequirementsareintegratedthroughoutnewproductdevelopmentandmanufacturingtransferprocesses.

Leadinternalaudits,corrective actions,andcontinuousimprovementprograms.

Monitorproductqualityperformance,customer complaints,non-conformances,andcost-of-poor-qualitymetricstoidentifyimprovementopportunities.

Oversee incoming,outgoing,product,andsupplierqualityactivities.

Leadcustomercomplaintresolutionandfacilitatecross-functional root-cause investigations using 8D and corrective-action methodologies.

Driveeffectivechangemanagementprocessesandqualitygovernance.

Establishandimprovequalitystandards,procedures,anderror-proofingapproachesthatsupportazero-defect culture.

Maintainqualitydocumentation,reporting systems,andcompliancerecords.

Trackandcommunicatekeyqualityperformanceindicatorstositeandgloballeadershipteams.

Coordinateexternalaudits,certifications,andregulatoryinspections.

Deliverorsupportquality-relatedtrainingacrosstheorganization.

Promoteacultureofaccountability,risk management,andcontinuousimprovement.

About you:

5+ years of experienceleadingqualityfunctionswithinamanufacturingenvironment.

StrongknowledgeofqualitymanagementsystemsandISOstandards.

Demonstratedsuccessleadingaudits,managingcomplianceactivities,anddrivingoperationalimprovement.

Strong analytical,problem-solving,and decision-making skills.

Excellentcommunicationandstakeholdermanagementcapabilities.

Abilitytoinfluencecross-functionalteamsandleadthroughcollaboration. Preferred Bachelor'sdegreein

Engineering,Quality,orarelatedtechnicaldiscipline.

Professionalcertificationsuchas Lead Auditor ,CQI,Six Sigma,or equivalent.
