Holman UK is seeking a Bid Lead to join the Sales Enablement Team in a permanent full-time role. Based at Chippenham or Birmingham with hybrid working, you will lead the development of high-quality proposals and sales content across functions to win and grow client relationships.
You will coordinate bid responses, shape winning strategies and communicate Holman's value proposition clearly to prospective and existing clients, leveraging your 3+ years of proposal experience and strong MS Office
