ALABARÉ is a charity that provides accommodation and support for individuals experiencing homelessness and mental health challenges across the South West and Wales. The Young Person Support Worker role involves housing support, basic life skills guidance, welfare benefits advice, and helping service users work toward independent living.
Salary is £24,862.50-£25,116 per year after probation, with 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday 9-5 plus some flexibility for extra hours and weekends.
