CBS² is seeking an energetic Architecture Leader to guide diverse architectural projects from concept through completion. This full-time role is based out of any of our 5 locations and blends hands-on leadership with mentoring to foster innovation and growth across multidisciplinary teams.
The candidate will mentor architects, manage staff, and ensure design excellence while upholding CBS²’s QA/QC processes, regulatory compliance, and project budgets. Travel up to 25% is expected.
