This Opportunity

• Join an exceptional team dedicated to growing our Highway Engineering practice throughout the state of Wisconsin
• Manage all phases on highway projects including planning, design, and construction
• Develop creative solutions to complex challenges, working closely with our team of engineers, designers and other professionals
• Maintain close relationships with clients throughout development of projects and after completion, and help build and strengthen new client relationships
• Provide valuable mentorship to junior engineers and designers

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of WI
• Strong experience managing highway and transportation projects, including planning, design and construction
• WisDOT experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Located in Chippewa Falls, WI or surrounding areas
• A minimum of seven (5) or more years of previous experience specializing in highway and transportation planning, design and construction
• A minimum of five (3) years project management experience managing highway and transportation projects, including planning, design and construction
• Knowledgeable of Wisconsin regional highway/transportation issues and familiarity with the municipal government client base
• Previous experience in proposal and client management; demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities and win project proposals
• Must reside in the state of Wisconsin or surrounding areas
• Ability to travel as needed for team meetings, client consultations, business development excursions, on-site inspections/visits, etc
