We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Workplace Solutions & Sourcing Specialist to support the day‑to‑day administrative operations of our plant while managing purchasing activities for critical materials, parts, and equipment. This role plays a key part in keeping our facility running smoothly, supporting production reporting, maintaining efficient procurement processes, and building strong vendor relationships to ensure operational success. Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
What You'll Make$24.00 / hour to $27.00 / hour
What We're Looking For- Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in office administration and / or purchasing within a plant or manufacturing environment
- Experience working with ERP systems and inventory management tools
- Skills & Strengths
