Press Brake Operator I – 2nd Shift

OVERVIEWCadrex Manufacturing Solutions is searching for a Press Brake Operator I to set‑up and operate metal bending machines (Press Brake) in accordance with quality and quantity standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to management or designer
- Perform quality inspection/checks per quality documentation/control plan, including documentation of results
- Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety procedures
- Identify different types of material – aluminum, 5000 series aluminum, steel, stainless steel, paint grip, galvanneal, and galvanized
- Uphold site efficiency standards
- Learn and demonstrate continuous improvement for site safety and quality standards and procedures
- Meet the site attendance policy standards
- Assist in other work areas as assigned
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, blueprints, memos, and simple instructions
- Knowledge of basic business math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- High School diploma
- Onsite
- M – Th; 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to work near moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to the risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate and occasionally loud.

- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
