• assembly of electronic and mechanical parts, wiring of electronic components.
• assembly of basic and intricate electro‑mechanical parts, printed wiring boards, repairs, and complex wiring.
• utilize production documents (assembly instructions, assembly drawings, assembly parts lists, etc.), production forms, and production tools.
• prepare material by studying assembly instructions, parts lists, and gathering tools.
• solder and inspect solder connections to ipc industry standards.
• maintain a work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow safety regulations.
• complete production and quality documentation as required.
• work independently in a team‑oriented environment with a positive attitude to achieve goals.

• minimum requirements: high school diploma or ged.
• detail‑oriented, manual dexterity, excellent hand‑eye coordination.
• ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods.
• ability to utilize respirators and other ppe as required.
• preferred but not required: ipc j‑std‑001 certification, solder experience, prior work experience in a manufacturing setting.
