We are recruiting on behalf of Ashley Furniture for a Manufacturing Associate in Chippewa Falls, WI. In this role, you will assemble furniture components with precision craftsmanship, operate pneumatic equipment, verify build quality, and maintain smooth production workflows.

• Assemble furniture components with precision craftsmanship using hand, pneumatic, and specialized manufacturing tools.
• Perform detailed inspections during assembly to verify that all components meet Ashley's high standards of quality.
• Safely load, position, move, and stage production materials along the assembly line.
• Accurately document production counts and scan inventory tags using digital manufacturing systems.
• Maintain an orderly, clean, and hazard-free workstation following established 5S safety standards.

• Collaborate with production line teammates to achieve daily manufacturing quotas and quality benchmarks.
• Proactively identify mechanical issues or tool wear, communicating promptly with plant maintenance.
• Apply ergonomic lifting principles and safe equipment handling techniques throughout each shift.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline production flow and minimize scrap.

• Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull components weighing up to 100 lbs throughout the workday.
• Comfortable operating pneumatic tools, screwdrivers, drills, and factory equipment safely.
• Keen eye for aesthetic product finishes, accurate part alignment, and quality standards.
• Dedicated commitment to personal safety protocols, PPE compliance, and team safety.
• Punctual, reliable, and adaptable to work required manufacturing production shifts.
